International Shipping
- We ship to over 200 countries globally and offer different shipping options based on location.
- For international orders, delivery typically takes a minimum of 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are typically processed within 4-5 business weeks from the date they are placed.
- Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- You can easily track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
- Simply visit the Shiprocket or relevant delivery partner’s website and enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your order status.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Domestic Orders (India): Free standard shipping on all orders.
- International Orders:
- Free shipping on orders valued over ₹30,000.
- For customers in the USA, free shipping is available on orders above US $200.
- Shipping charges for orders below these thresholds will be calculated at checkout.
INSURANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
- We insure all purchases during transit until they are delivered to your specified address.
- A signature is required upon delivery to ensure the safety of your order. Once the package is signed for, the responsibility for the purchased goods transfers to the recipient.
- If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery (such as for a gift), the signature at the delivery address serves as evidence of receipt and transfer of responsibility.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- We do not accept returns. However, we allow exchanges for size-related issues only.

- In rare cases where a return is authorized, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

- As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing your order.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered and signed for at the provided address.
