1. CANCELLATION POLICY

a. Cancellation within 24 Hours:

• If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Kindly contact our customer service team as soon as possible through email or phone to initiate the cancellation process.

b. Cancellation after 24 Hours:

• Cancellations made after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 10% cancellation fee, which covers administrative and processing costs.
• Refunds for such cancellations will be processed after deducting this fee.

c. Cancellation of Customized or Personalized Orders:

• Customized or personalized orders (including specific measurements, alterations, or modifications) cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
• As these orders are crafted exclusively to your specifications, we are unable to make changes or accept cancellations after the customization process is initiated.

2. REFUND POLICY

a. Refund Processing Time:

• Refunds for canceled orders will be initiated after the cancellation request has been approved.
• The refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• You will receive an email notification confirming the refund once it has been processed.

b. Refund for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

• For COD orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or store credit. Our customer service team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth refund experience.

c. Refunds for Discounted or Sale Items:

• Merchandise purchased during a sale or at a discounted price is considered final sale and is not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

3. EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

a. Size Exchange:

• We offer a size exchange for eligible products if the size does not fit as expected. Kindly refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for detailed guidelines.
• To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

b. Non-Returnable Items:

• Accessories such as Button Sets, Potlis, Pocket squares, and Trio boxes cannot be returned or exchanged once dispatched, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Gift certificates and customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & REFUNDS

a. Cancellation of International Orders:

• Orders shipped internationally cannot be canceled or exchanged once dispatched.
• In case of damaged or defective items received in international shipments, we will assist in offering an exchange.

b. Refunds for International Orders:

• Refunds for international orders do not include any duties, taxes, or tariffs paid by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable restocking fees for international returns:
• USA: $50 + Import Duty
• Europe (excluding the UK): €45 + Import Duty
• United Kingdom: £40 + Import Duty
