Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
- Kindly ensure that you have selected the correct size according to the size chart present on each product, design, and color before placing your order.
Exchange Policy:
We understand that unforeseen issues may arise. In the event of receiving a damaged product or an incorrect item, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are applicable only in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received an incorrect item.
- The garment must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Free of any perfume, stains, or alterations.
- Size exchanges are allowed. Kindly refer to the size guide before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
How to Request an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Approval and Return Instructions:
- Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will share instructions for returning the item.
- The return must be shipped within 3 days of receiving the approval email.
Exchange Process:
- Return the Product:
- After approval, return the item following the provided instructions.
- Ensure the product is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- Inspection and Approval:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a quality check.
- If the product meets the exchange eligibility criteria, we will proceed with dispatching the replacement.
- Dispatch of Replacement:
- The replacement product will be dispatched within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping Costs:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- We will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the damaged/incorrect item and sending the replacement.
- Size Exchanges:
- Shipping charges for size exchanges will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Beyond 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted unless under exceptional circumstances.
- If a cancellation is accepted after 24 hours, a credit voucher will be issued for future purchases.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not applicable once an order is placed.
- For cancelled orders within 24 hours, refunds will be processed as either:
- A credit voucher for future purchases, or
- A refund to the original payment method (processed within 7 business days).
